Return policy

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please do so within 8 days.  You do not need to send the package back to us. Simply screenshot a picture of the band cut into 3 pieces together with the receipt and email us the information.  The reason for this wastage is that the detoxification band cannot be reused for hygiene purposes.

Please note that this return policy is extended to purchases made from this website only. For all other returns, please contact your local distributor. We will deduct a 10% administrative charge and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
