Oxymatrix8® Content includes any text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, and information  that are posted, and provided.  You will not use, copy, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display,  broadcast or otherwise exploit the  Oxymatrix8® content.

Usage
The Oxymatrix8® Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical or heart condition, consult your doctor before using the Oxymatrix8® Service. If you experience a medical emergency, stop using the Oxymatrix8® and consult with a medical professional. We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from training programs or general usage. Prolonged contact with wearable devices may contribute to skin irritation or allergies in some users.  If you notice any skin irritation, do remove the band.
